Forschungsarbeiten zur Wirksamkeit der Hypnose

DIE WISSENSCHAFT ENTHÜLLT: DER HYPNOTISCHE ZUSTAND IST NICHT NUR EIN MYTHOS!

In einem Kooperationsprojekt mit der Universität Zürich wurde unter anderem das Forschungsprojekt „multimodal investigation of distinct hypnotic states“ gestartet. Das nun veröffentlichte fMRI (Funktionelle Magnetresonanztomographie) Paper zur ersten von drei Studien „Investigating functional brain connectivity patterns associated with two hypnotic states“ liefert robuste und erstaunliche Ergebnisse wie das Gehirn mit Hypnose «umgeht».

In dieser fMRT-Studie (die Teil eines größeren Hypnoseprojekts ist) mit 50 hypnoseerfahrenen Teilnehmern analysierten die Forscher neuronale und physiologische Reaktionen während zweier Hypnosezustände (HS1)+(HS2) und verglichen sie mit nicht-hypnotischen Kontrollbedingungen (CS1)+(CS2) und miteinander.

 

 

Die Wirsamkeit von Hypnose ist mitttlerweile in zahlreichen internationalen Publikationen nachgewiesen.

Abnehmen und Gewichtsverlust

Die meisten Menschen sind sich gar nicht bewusst wie viel höher der Erfolg bei der Gewichtsabnahme sein kann: Klinische Studien haben gezeigt wenn Hypnose einem Gewichtsverlust Plan hinzugefügt wird dann erhöht sich der Gewichtsverlust im Durchschnitt um 97% während der Behandlung; und erhöht die Effektivität Nachbehandlung Plans um 146%.
